We were extremely pleased with our experience of leasing a 2017 Bolt at Ballweg Chevrolet-Buick in Sauk City, WI.
We arrived with the idea of just looking, but after Mitch had us test drive the 2018 Equinox and showed us all the new features, we knew we wanted one. Mitch found the exact car & color we wanted, and the next day it was ours. At delivery Mitch made sure we knew how all the new high tech features operated, along with connecting it to our phones. We have purchased our last 3 vehicles from Mitch and Ballweg Chevy, have always felt we got a fair deal, and don't shop anywhere else.
We had been focusing our search primarily on northern Illinois dealers because they were presenting greater discounts and had a greater number of available vehicles compared to Wisconsin dealers. Fortunately we found the Bolt we wanted at Ballweg in Sauk City near Madison. And Ballweg gave us pricing and financing as good or better than any other we found in southern Wisconsin and in northern Illinois.
I had a great experience at Ballweg with Matt Decker! It was my first car purchase, so I went in nervous and not knowing much. Matt was super helpful, knowledgeable and patient. He made sure I liked the car and the price I was paying. I appreciated that he let me make the decision on my own and didn't rush me or pressure me into buying. I will definitely come back to Ballweg just for Matt's customer service!
