Friendly staff, speedy and accurate.
Very disappointed in how the post office has been treating our mail. Anything that has our physical address on it automatically gets sent back to whomever sent it when in fact they know it comes to us. When this location was previously another business, there was never any problems, so I don't see why all of the sudden all of these problems are arising. Also, we just called and it rang and rang forever with no answer. One of our employees called from another and it was picked up right away. We'd appreciate great customer service as that's what we strive to give everyone at our business.
Very pleasant staff to work with - especially getting Passport Cards for myself and my family. I do wish the hours were a little more flexible, but it just means I have to plan better - not a big deal.
